This is an interview with Mikhail Gorbachev on the US & Russia strain.

It's a year old but sounds like it was done yesterday as the same issues and possibilities are raised.

We don't seem to see Gorbachev in the media much these days. He's an interesting man, IMO.

Barrel bombs and cluster bombs do exactly the same thing they shower bomblets over an area when they hit and are designed to kill and maim as many people as possible.

The US has used them and is still supplying them to the Saudis to use in Yemen.

If you had read the links I posted instead of dismissing them out of hand you would know that.
