    Calling all progressives

Interesting choice when you evaluate the consequences of voting for Trump or Clinton. Its aimed at US progressives, but anyone can vote I guess.

Why are you continuing to insist on the this four years of Trump / eight years of Clinton fallacy.

Somewhat undermines whatever point it is you think you're trying to make when you have construct a straw-man to support it to begin with.

Possibly because if Hillary wins the GOP will implode and remain in the wilderness over the next few elections. They may or may not hold the House/Senate for consolation, but not the big chair.

Possibly, but it's still a fallacy to present it as a given.

Also occurs to me that Trump being cast as the 'anti-soul-crushing-corporations' option is kinda funny.

At least he didn't title the thread 'Calling all libtards'.
I'd rather abstain from playing into his fallacy.

When you peasants start using the traditional dictionary definition of the word, instead of some dubious political nomenclature, you might get the democracy you deserve.

The Duchess refers to them as peasants who am I to argue, especially where troublesome colonists are concerned?

It's all just a bit of fantasy fun.
I voted 4 years of Chump.
It would be very very amusing, in a tragic sort of way, to watch Trump ruin everything and embarrass the entire nation.
It may even get Bernie in next time.

The fact that village idiot Bush got a 2nd term is a bit of a worry and a sad indictment on the American voters, but there was a war going on. That usually keeps a president in power.

Having said that, if Chump were to start a war (and I wouldn't put it past him to try, simply based on the historical likelihood of him getting a second term) I think he will have played a gamble and would lose. He would not get a 2nd term despite what the voters did for Bush.

Actually Mel has dual Irish and American citizenship.

Mel was born in New York state. Mel could run for POTUS. And be better qualified than Hillary.
