I am now looking at a leave scenario.

Maybe we have to leave before any real changes can take place.
Vote remain and any bargaining power will go out the window.

Did someone say that once we vote out, that it will be final. ?

Only 3 weeks now to vote and waiting to see what the EU response will be.
If no changes come then i will go with OUT.

    Never thought i'd say it.

But we'll still have £1.5 trillion debt to deal with and £60 billion deficit.
World economy ain't that great for trade right now.
Surely any money saved with an out would be used to clear up the deficit/debt burden.
Will be no pennies from heaven for at least a decade.

Still confused tho. Looking into a void.

How weird does Michael Gove look these days? Has he had botched plastic surgery? He looks like a cottaging thunderbird puppet.

And billy...there is more bargaining power to be had after jumping out of the window?

How do you work that out?

And you're looking into a void and planning to jump into it?

    OOOH... KAAAY.

The Globalists are not going to let this happen even if it means finding a way to miscount the votes.

I'm assuming that a Brexit vote will not be accepted by UK or EU.
That EU will bend over to force changes that are acceptable to both UK and EU.
    Then another vote.

Rather the changes come from EU before the 23rd.
    That doesn't seem likely now.

If we vote to stay on 23rd then probably little will change.

I am now thinking if that happens then i'm out.

Think there are voids on both sides. Unknowns. maybe a meltdown.

Make up my mind a day or 2 before the vote.

Yes more bargaining power when we vote brexit.

Yea sounds a bit crazy, It is.

no, you get an EU army which will spend your tax money and kill your citizens in wars for EU corporations and you will have no say in it, and nor will the politicians you might vote for.

you also get a combined treasury with the EU as well. So what little financial control we have right now, is out the window.

Think i'll just roll the dice for in/out and also for a no vote.
That way i can say God made the decision for me .
Won't feel bad about the outcome to boot. in or out. fuck em.

I guess if we are in the EU to stay then an EU war machine will be created.

Sure, let's restore the pre 1973 Purchase Tax which VAT replaced. That was between 33% and 100%. Much better, don't you think?

^ Purchase tax was 25% at the time of replacement and VAT was first introduced at 10%. However, there was a big difference in range of goods and the tax actually applied, as Purchase tax was a 'Luxury tax'. The change from lsd to decimilation at roughly the same time as the change to VAT makes it a little difficult to compare but my 8 black jacks for an old penny pre-vat, pre-decimalisation became 4 black jacks for a new penny not long after....and they were definitely luxury items in my Mum's book.

Eh? Decimalisation was in 1971 and while every fkn shopkeeper in the country used it as an excuse to double prices it was nothing to do with VAT. I think you need to have a word with your dear old mum, you may be owed a tax rebate

I was 6 when decimalisation came in. I remember it well. My pocket money went from 2 huge impressive pieces of copper with some bint with a trident ruling the waves on them to some poxy little sequins with a picture of a jail door on them. If anybody shows me THAT was the fault of the mob currently led by Rosa Krebs in Berlin I'll happily vote out.

^ all part of the same master plan, dumbing down people to limit multiplication by 5 and ten, rather than lsd and stones/lbs/oz...the entry into the EU managed to simplify the maths whilst complicating the equations...

...a great con trick that lost me half my black-jacks....and half your pocket money.

I reckon you need to switch sides as well bob...

    Yes.

Here's a little exercise for you, Butters. Many here will remember having to do this kind of stuff at school

It's no mistake that after decimalisation the British turned into idiots, pre-decimalisation just working out if you had enough for a pint of Double Diamond and a packet of Woodbine after handing your weekly chit over to the bookie's runner required a Stephen Hawking level of brainpower.

Possibly a little too complex for les Continongtals. Just remember, 12d or 48 farthings to 2 tanners or a bob, 2 bob and a tanner to the half dollar, 5 shillings to the Crown and 84 thruppeny bits in a Guinea, or something like that, 10 bob notes were produced by Aunts on a yearly basis. Guineas of course were only for gentleman, quids were for traders, and sovs for chirpy cockneys. there was also half a sov but that was a currency unit confined solely to George Cole characters and was usually followed by the words Squire, Guvnor, or Guv.
