The LORDS foreign Minister has suggested all the terrorists currently fighting the democratically elected government of Syria's army, be included in the UN's, known and described as Terrorist's, list.

This would probably include all entities financing, assisting etc. to be included as terrorists too. Where would this lead?

Does the UN as a whole decide the list or do the UNSC? Does the UN as a whole overrule the UNSC in this matter?

seems odd really - going all that way. Especially as all France and Belgium had done was recognize the state of Palestine. Weird that ISIS should travel to another continent to get all angry on them. Also strange how ISIS used to be ISIL until the people realised that the L stood for LEVANT which includes Israel, and if people were to believe they actually wanted an Islamic state, the first place would attack would be rogue criminal jewish state Israel. But they never have! Very weird.

Why haven't ISIS attacked Israel? The Americans and Saudis have given them some really advanced weapons that they could easily pile a load into Israel, shoot one of their planes out of the sky, blow up ships and stuff. Loads of ways they could attack the country that should be their main enemy, but they don't seem to go there other than to get medical treatment and instructions.
