Now you're getting it!! And remember your place mere mortals, we are the super ............ I was going to say 'race' but unlike much of Europe we are more integrated, so I'll have to say super nationality then.. Most of you lot are only recently being integrated and I have to say you seem to be struggling quite a bit with it.. Most of largest immigrant populations are Hispanic and I'll take that over the largest Euro immigrant populace any day..

Brains??? Absolute hysteria... ... They are not mutually exclusive... If they are? Then once again what does it say when you are lead by a supposedly intellectually inferior nationality? Pretty sad innit? It didn't take a lot of "brains" to figure that one out did it?..

Luhansk People’s Republic asks Russia to recognize its independence

The most eastern part of the Ukraine, The Luhansk Peoples Republic, has asked 44 countries, including Russia, to recognise it's independence from The Ukraine. The resolution was adopted on the eve at a session of the LPR Supreme Council.

The appendix to the south of Odessa is another recipe for trouble. It's connected to the Ukraine by two bridges only. That area was annexed from Romania and Moldova respectively by the Russian empire for a short while, lost, and taken again by the Soviet Union in 1940. First a part of the Moldova Soviet Republic, then added alongside Crimea to the Ukraine in Khrusthev's land reform. The Ukraine on its own has no historical claim.

A quote from a Professor at Columbia University, US. He compares this war with the US Civil War. Any comments from the US Historians here?

Stephen F. Cohen - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Cohen challenged the narrative of the Ukrainian events dominating in the US, calling the military crackdown by the government an unwise, reckless, murderous, inhuman campaign that Kiev is conduction against what are admittedly rebel provinces.”

    Another:

Lincoln never called the Confederacy terrorists,” the scholar pointed out. “He always said, no matter how bad the civil war was, fellow citizens he wanted to come back to the union. Why is Kiev calling its own citizens terrorists? They are rebels. They are protesters. They have a political agenda. Why isn’t Kiev sending a delegation there to negotiate with them?

“Their demands are not unreasonable. They want to elect their own governors – we elect our own governors. They want a say on where their taxes go – ‘no taxation without representation.’ We know what that is,” Cohen said. “There are extremists among them, but there are also people who simply want to live in a Ukraine that is for everybody. And instead the Kiev army, with the full support of the United States, is supporting this assault.”

And they (Spanish speaking) do integrate to society and eventually pay tax. Euros learn not to pay tax when they are born. I don't like taxes but it keeps lights on and police patrols on our streets. Euro model - money for everything and billions to rich french farmers and gas lamp collapsing industries - is flawed, it is wrong, there is no future for euros.

Nice thought. But think about it. It will never work.

This world order secures you. There is no anarchy and you will not be killed or tortured.

People have rights much more than in any point in history.

We, the people of this planet, have advanced, with democracy and market economy.

Which side of both borders did better from WWII onwards? East or West? Japan or China? Though I know China wasn't annexed in any way they were/are communist and while finally coming into the light (with decades still left to go) how many decades has Japan already been a shining example of war recovery and with who's help and direction? All those questions are rhetorical BTW actually better if you don't answer and make yourself look even more the fool.

The Russians, dear. DDR wasn't in the Pacific. Can you imagine that for 40 years we were protected from and utterly unconcerned about the USA? Besides, even Hitler would have been better for the world than the dishonesty, squalidness, and destruction that is American capitalism. He got somewhat vilified by the rewriting of history, but evidence of how he was seen by his contemporaries is still there. You've seen it, and interpreted it wrongly.

The fact that others succeed and others do not is not necessarily out of the pocket of poor man. Quite opposite, wealth brings business and jobs.

I hear this a lot now from euros. Like in Orwell 1984, you like to rewrite history to your liking. Near the end Soviet army depended on American hardware and British intel.

    Mission Accomplished,
Paperclip was failure (in the end) of Truman. Enabled access to advanced nuclear though, and then the war was over. Hiroshima. Civilians died which is very very sad, but more would have died if the war went on.

I can not see how this applies to modern day US? Please advise.
