I’m still here. A bit busy being the states for the next month. Wasn’t the celebration I was hoping for. We’ll see what these new Trump policies bring us.

Mrs. Clinton lost and so did most of the voting public.

But it does seem some groups are happy with the outcome. The parades are already in the works.

Good I was worried about you, as you seemed to leave td just as the billary vote headed south ...

As you are busy i'll keep the threads about bent marriage, and global warming updated.
In fact trump should solve both issues next year .

What about the corruption money the Clinton foundation took- for future favours when she is president ..
Will they be giving the cash back ?

    Not since 1928

The republicans hold the house, senate and the White House. For the next four years, they own it all.

the economy, military/defense/national security, marriage, abortion, taxes, government regulations, healthcare, immigration, environmental policy, education, justice/equality, US debt, etc.

Oh, this will be much much worse.

I felt the need to correct Mr. Landreth because he most likely got his information from a meme going around stating that the last time this happened was right before the great depression.

I should have linked the source: Trump To Take Office with More Power Than Any Republican President Since 1928

Both CBS and Fortune corroborate that date: The last time Republicans held the White House, Senate and House of Representatives was in 1928, when Herbert Hoover beat Al Smith for the presidency. This is also the GOP’s largest majority in the House since that year.
    Fortune:
Republican Party simultaneous control of the White House, Senate and House of Representatives for the first time since 1928, in anticipation of a fiscal stimulus that will drive future interest rates higher.
    CBS:
The last time Republicans held all three branches of power (White House, Senate and House) was in 1928 when California Republican Herbert Hoover beat New York Democrat Al Smith.
I knew Bush had the house and senate for a while when posting. Maybe a first for a newly elected Republican president? Not worth digging deep into (for me). The Dems/Clinton lost the electoral votes needed.

The republicans still own it. all

Thanks for the thought/correction. I did see the meme that Coulter posted, also.

And by the way (pickel), the girlfriend is overjoyed about the news: Visiting Canada from an Asian country? No visa required for stay up to 90 days

    You sure about that?

Rothschild mouthpiece Wilbur Ross(look it up) cheerleading, endorsing and fundraising for Trump(pre-election):

Here's my prediction, nothing is really gonna change with Trump. Same ol shit, different day. He's already walking back on some of his bullshit rhetoric. Wow! I'm shocked.

As rickschooper said to me, "Can you predict the future of what will happen the next 12 months?. Didn't think so" ...

Pretty much all we're going to hear from me Dem mates the next couple of years is more chants of ... you know ... the same old labels. That's our ground game and we're sticking to it.

    UPDATE (same link above)

We emailed concerned Canadian minister and the immigration department for clarification on this story. As our sources in migration business told that this is not true and as of now they are not aware of any such visa proposal especially for Asian tourists.

In an email to SBS Hindi, Ryan Kleinau, Constituency Assistant to Hon. Bardish Chagger, P.C., M.P., replied that "The story you are asking about is false and the quote attributed to the Minister is fabricated. We are asking the website in question to remove this fake article."

I also posted this on another thread(funny political cartoons maybe?) But I think Chump has a very good chance of being the next Herbert Hoover. You know the guy that was the bagholder for the 1929 stock market crash/great depression.

The markets are being pumped now...the dump will come later. The Chump Market Dump. Will a Greater Depression follow? Who knows. Stay tuned.

Yeah, the market is at all-time highs. Lots of bears growling like Jim Rogers and Marc Faber (but I think they're always growling).

I expect a downward trend in the market (either cyclical) or deeper down.

Regardless of who is in the position of Prez, they may be presiding over a downturn.

I did post a thread here in SC about the Bond Bubble. Was hoping some folks who chime in on that.

Fed, on interest rates this year?
