Flashback to a 2001 ABC 20/20 report on a prior Hillary scandal. Note at the 3:30 minute marker Hillary asks, “Why would I ever want to do email?” Hillary explains that emails could leave her wide open to scrutiny during any potential investigation.

Brian Ross' exclusive interview with Hillary's largest (unreported) donor, Peter Paul (hillcap.org - Hillary clinton Resources and Information. This website is for sale!) showing his home videos that prove Hillary knew him well and solicited illegal contributions from him she has hidden from voters and the FEC for seven years"

ROSS: (VO) Dionne Warwick sang for the small group. Ironically enough, “That’s what friends are for.” Numerous stars were there, but Paul and his wife Andrea were the ones seated right next to Mrs. Clinton. In fact, Paul’s home videos picked up Mrs. Clinton saying she had stopped using e-mail messages because of all the investigations she had been through.

Senator CLINTON: (From home video) As much as I’ve been investigated and all of that, you know, why would I—I don’t even want—why would I ever want to do e-mail?

So Hillary isn't capable enough to handle two email devices. Where does that set the bar?

Clinton was required to sign document claiming she turned over emails in 2013.

“Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, like all departing federal employees, was required to fill out and sign a separation statement affirming that she had turned over all classified and other government documents, including all emails dealing with official business. Fox News Megyn Kelly reported Wednesday evening on the requirement and that a spokesman for Clinton had not responded to a request for comment, including an explanation of when the former chief U.S. diplomat signed the mandatory separation agreement or, if she didn’t, why didn’t she. . . . Kelly also reported that State Department regulations in place when Clinton resigned as secretary required all departing employees to return all official documents, including emails, to ensure that the department would be able to respond to Freedom of Information Act and congressional requests, as well as subpoenas in litigation. Failure to do so carries with it both fines and possible jail time.”

Not only that...she lied about the server. An IT on Greta last night found it in a gov't

How is she not in prison?

Note that prep boy landreth is being silent over his crush on this heinous lying slag. To be fair she is no worse that the Bush's, including Jeb bush.

Best result for the US is that hillary and bush go head to head for the eviction and the US votes in an independent to get rid of this ludicrous system once and for all.

^You should get out more. The NYT has had similar articles. The problem for the Democrats is that all their eggs are in one basket and it's called Hillary Clinton and if she stumbles it's game over.

Well, in the eyes of the right she has but the real question is whether she will lose the support of the Democratic base, women and hispanics.

Another weekend and another wake up call for you teabaggers

Clinton Favorability, Familiarity Bests 2016 Contenders

Nearly nine in 10 Americans have an opinion of Clinton

Hillary Clinton is one of a few potential 2016 presidential candidates to have a significantly higher favorable (50%) than unfavorable (39%) rating among the American public. And the 89% of Americans who are familiar enough with Clinton to have an opinion of her is more than any other potential 2016 presidential candidate. Clinton's relatively high scores on both dimensions give her a better starting position regarding her image than other competitors would have in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

These results are based on a March 2-4 Gallup poll of 1,522 U.S. adults, conducted just as revelations about the private email account Clinton used to conduct business while secretary of state became a major news story, but before her Tuesday press conference addressing questions about the issue.

The graph plots 16 potential candidates --11 Republicans and five Democrats -- on a two-dimensional chart displaying their familiarity and favorability ratings. The candidates who appear in the upper-right quadrant are in the most advantageous position at this point as they are both relatively well-known and have higher favorable than unfavorable ratings. In addition to Clinton, Republicans Jeb Bush, Mike Huckabee and Rand Paul reside in this space. However, Americans rate each of those Republicans only slightly more positively than negatively, with net favorable scores of +2 or +3, compared with Clinton's +11. And Huckabee and Paul have just slightly above average familiarity. Generally speaking, the further candidates are away from the intersecting lines, the better their image.

Candidates in the lower-right quadrant -- including Chris Christie and Rick Perry -- are among the better-known candidates, but Americans do not view them positively overall. Joe Biden and Ted Cruz are on the edges of this quadrant. Biden is well-known, but opinions of him are equally positive and negative, while Cruz is viewed negatively but has average familiarity. The challenge for these politicians should they run for president is to alter existing perceptions about them so they are more positive than now, or alternatively, to get the smaller group of Americans who are unfamiliar with them to get to know them and view them positively.

Americans view candidates in the upper left quadrant -- including Republicans Marco Rubio, Scott Walker, Bobby Jindal, and Ben Carson and Democrat Elizabeth Warren -- more positively than negatively, but these candidates have lower than average familiarity. If these candidates can maintain their positive image as they become better known -- not an easy task -- they would rank among the stronger presidential contenders. Right now, Rubio is closest to crossing that threshold, given that the 47% of Americans familiar with him is only slightly below the 50% average of the 16 candidates, while he has a +5 net favorable score. Carson has a +12 net favorable rating, essentially the same as Clinton's, but is among the least well-known candidates, with 28% of Americans having an opinion of him.

Republican Rick Santorum, Democrat Jim Webb and Bernie Sanders -- an independent who may seek the Democratic nomination -- have the biggest challenges related to their image because they are largely unknown and not viewed positively by those who do know them.

The full favorability and familiarity ratings among all Americans for each of the 16 candidates tested in the survey appear in the table.

    Ted Cruz (negative) 6

And there are some who are doing their best to put a spin on the news.

    Benghazi! Emails!

Another Hillary Email Lie: Those Sent To Other State Dept Employees Not Preserved As She Claimed.

Just more evidence of how widespread the problem really is.

Hillary Clinton assured us the other day that most of her emails were already archived because she was corresponding with State Dept. employees who have .gov email addresses.

“The vast majority of my work emails went to government employees at their government addresses, which meant they were captured and preserved immediately on the system at the State Department.”

Turns out that’s not true at all:

POLITICO – Hillary Clinton’s explanation for her use of a personal email account while she served as secretary of state suffered another blow Friday as the State Department disclosed that the email accounts of senior department officials were not automatically archived until last month.

Clinton said at a news conference Tuesday that she believed the vast majority of work-related emails she sent or received from her private account were “preserved” because she was in correspondence with other officials using “.gov” accounts.

However, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters archiving of the work email boxes of senior State Department officials besides the secretary did not begin until “February of this year.” She previously said Secretary of State John Kerry uses an official account and his emails have been archived since he succeeded Clinton."

Heh...Hillary Clinton’s Excuses For Her Use of a Personal Email Account While At State Are Falling Apart. Rule of thumb: If the coverup is this embarrassing, what’s being covered up must be much worse.

In attempting to explain her decision to rely exclusively on a privately run personal email account to conduct all of her business while serving as Secretary of State, Clinton said earlier this week that one of the reasons she didn’t think it was a big deal was that she always emailed other State Department staffers at their government email addresses.

“The vast majority of my work emails went to government employees at their government addresses,” Clinton said at a press conference on Tuesday, “which meant they were captured and preserved immediately on the system at the State Department.”

I feel rather sorry for the people of the USA. 300 million good people being led down to the slaughter. Will it be sHillary's children sent to die in the 3 or 4 wars she will start in foreign climes? Will she be on food stamps? Will the infrastructure of her street crumble beneath her armoured limo? No. Who ever thinks she would do anything other than continue the Clinton, bush, obomba attack on the civilians of the rest of the world need to wake to fook up and anytime your little boners are twitching thinking about brand sHillary / Bush, remember that this slag is sponsored by goldman sachs.

Why not put your thoughts into candidates who want to End The Fed and give the world a break.

She'll make a perfectly fine Republican President just like the current one. The whole political shell game these days is to keep the 'real' Democrats away from the centre of power, but make people think they are oh so 'moderate' and 'centrist' because they don't vote for the loony right alternative. People like Ted Cruz are just stooges, a deliberate waste of media space.

What a mega-congenital liar this evil woman is, eh?

30,000 e-mails, nothing classified? Judicial Watch cries foul!

The scandal swirling around Hillary Clinton’s private e-mail account just keeps getting worse.

Earlier this week, the press savaged the former Secretary of State at a press conference where she attempted to explain the logistics governing her private e-mail server. Then, a report released by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) revealed that one of Clinton’s key claims—that all of her e-mails were somehow captured by the State Department—is completely baseless.

Now, advocacy organization Judicial Watch has laid into the feeble argument that Hillary never used her private e-mail account to deal with classified information. They focus on a previous JW investigation showing that top State Department officials circulated sensitive and classified e-mails amongst themselves during and in the aftermath of the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi.

    Judicial Watch explains:

It’s hard to believe that the Secretary of State was completely out of the loop on this material, which was disseminated among her top aides as Islamic terrorists attacked the U.S. Special Mission in Benghazi, Libya. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, the first diplomat to be killed overseas in decades, and three other Americans were murdered in the violent ambush.

That brings us to the secret email account scandal initially exposed by a mainstream newspaper. “Hillary Clinton’s suggestion that she didn’t send classified information is belied by productions in our Benghazi lawsuits,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “A review of the documents shows material sent to Susan Rice and other top State Department officials was withheld under exemptions for classified material. None of these emails (or any similar emails) were ever received or sent by Hillary Clinton?”

The scenario is highly unlikely, despite claims made by Clinton this week during her United Nations news conference. “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email,” the former Secretary of State assured. “I’m certainly well aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material.” So, we’re supposed to believe that the nation’s top foreign diplomat managed to exclude classified information in more than 30,000 emails?"

I see last night on Brietbart news rumors Valery Jarret was the one to out Hillary about the private e-mail server during her term as Secretary of State. The article claims Valery had the blessing of Obama, all part of Obama trying to prevent Hillaries election to the presidency.

It's actually quite fun to watch the TD Marxist brigade salivating and drooling over the prospect of a Hillary presidency.

In fact it's rather like watching a bunch of ants in a rapidly heating frying pan getting exited over the prospects of jumping into the fire....

One thing about Hillary though is that she would be much more likely to make a decision about something of national importance in less that a full term....

That in itself would be a significant improvement over the present occupant of the WH... She might even start reverting back to calling things by their proper names, and stop using private email for state business....that sort of thing.

    Wishful thinking?....probably.
