^ No but a plane would burn into ash within about 2 seconds if it had a little bit of fuel in it because they are made of wood and paper. Hardly surprising that when the huge plane, which was not seen by any of the thousands of cameras around the pentagon, crash into the pentagon that nothing aside from a few bits and bobs and an engine from a drone were found.

I would guess it's possible to miss or ignore a missile at 500' or even treetop level, but 4' is probably going to spook a few people before it takes out a car or building.

100% agree, we have been fed lies in small and large doses, lots of people made lots of money out of 911, many reasonable questions have been left unanswered to this day, and people in positions of authority clearly conspired to circumvent procedures, laws and diktats in the immediate aftermath.

But it still doesn't amount to an inside job. Common sense says that if it were an inside job the executors would have covered a few more bases, instead of being caught so obviously wrong footed.

But I guess one could argue that was the master stroke of this cunning plan, to be seen to be caught wrong footed.

The bigger the scenario and the greater the number of actors and locations, the higher the risk of a fwkup.

Which is why the truth is dribbling and leaking out in dribs and drabs ever since 9/11.

Ahh getting bored of all these conspiracy nutjobs now. How can anyone in their right mind believe that in each of the western countries there is a group of truly democratically elected politicians, who represent the people that live in their individual areas, who try to do what is best for these people, and the country of these people. They insist on believing that there is a great conspiracy by these people to try and do what is right for the people of their country and the world, and that war, regime change and murder are logical and humanitarian methods to go about it. They seem to believe that torture, assassinations by stealth / drones are the right way to appease different beliefs. They seem to believe that there is no link between legal corruption (lobbying) and the actions of these people. They refuse to see the link between fortune 500 firms P+L and the actions of their countries.

Let's take this slowly, after more than 4000 posts on this thread and several other threads on the same topic. Are you saying the Bush admin conceived, planned, designed and executed the events of 911? Or, was it someone else within his admin but with his clear knowledge and consent, or even a renegade black ops group that he knew nothing about?

Either way, such an operation would take a while to put together, and that's assuming someone in a position of high authority would have reason to and actually did conceive of such an audacious plot for the USA to declare war against itself. But let's entertain that, to give you more rope.

After concept comes presentation, several meetings and brainstorms resulting in, final acceptance, tweaking, and then recruitment followed by all manner of acquisition and use of untold unaccountable resources. If you've ever been involved in something common, rather than unprecedented, like a government building a road, you might have a clue what this entails.

Bush was sworn in late Jan 2001, less than 8 months before 911.

In your opinion, how long would it take to put together such an operation, granted the immense resources of the USA, to include missile use, detonation of buildings and other complex factors that we as lay people would know nothing about?

What about plan B, C and on to ZZZ, would these exist, or was it a gung ho do or die operation that simply couldn't go wrong? Would those contingency plans be developed overnight, or might they also involve many people at high levels buried in deep thought?

In your opinion, how many highly qualified, fully trusted people with the highest security clearance and uncompromising devotion, would be required from concept through execution, and on to the really complex matters involving a cover up the likes of which the world hasn't even come close to witnessing? And how many of these would willingly go through with killing Americans on home soil, and then not breathe a word to anyone outside of the loop?

And let's not forget that such a celebrated group would probably consider the fallout from unanswered questions, and unofficial investigations over which the admin would have neither influence nor control.

And then we could move on to dozens of different areas all at once, which we might well do if you come up with plausible answers to the above.

Every single one of them kills Americans happily for his career and wealth. You could have applied your essay for the case of Iraq also. Thousands of people knew there were no weapons of mass destruction, yet they continued to lie and produce false evidence. With the coalition of the willing, this particular conspiracy grew way beyond what was required for 9/11, it became a global net of lies dozends of countries participated in.
