some parts can be easy to plan, others not. Obviously allies telling the Bush administration to fuck off with Saddam wasn't part of the results they were hoping. Maybe there were other fuckups we don't know about.

The point is that they lied about it, had the motives for the ops, and had the means for the ops. In a court of law, that would have handed a guilty verdict. Period.
