Original source probably 72 dpi. Scanning at a high resolution does not increase the amount image information. Ridiculous to think otherwise.

No. I'm busy working on a book on phonology at the the moment but my time is all my own so I can spare you five minutes. Now, if you take a very low-resolution image of a silver-gray object against a silver-gray background and blow it up enormously, what would expect to find? Hidden evidence of the Zionist Occupation Government or just that the picture isn't very detailed? I'm going to go for the latter but then I'm not an educationally sub-normal psychotic so I suspect our choices may not be the same.

But that is OK with me. The word is apt in most cases. Some people are too close minded and some too open minded I try to keep a balance when I can but am not always successful.
