Yup, mea culpa, USA didn't suck oil out of Afghanistan, it was after the potential oil and the gas which had been capped when Soviet troops left Afghanistan. Controlling the pipeline from Caspia was USA's main function there, not chasing the Taliban or engaging in a war on terror..China got the contracts in the end, even though USA was in there looking for oil and minerals under the pretext of fighting its war on terror initiated under the big lie that Al Quaeda did 9/11.

Both states are major suppliers of USA's oil imports, Saudi supplies 13% and other Gulf states supply 20% of US oil imports, and the rest of OPEC (including Libya), most of whom are Islamic states supply another 20% of US oil needs.
Wowee!! USA's dependent upon all those Islamic states for half of all its oil needs!!
Those states are where USA and its misguided and coerced UK and cCommonwealth misguided allies have been conducting a "war on terror" against Al Quaeda, the Taliban, Boko Haram and Jamal Islamia!! Hell eh?
