A quiet retreat in Hua Hin

Drove down to Hua Hin for a few days rest.

This place is about 8km past the train station, but lovely and peaceful and not far from the Black Mountain Water Park.

Hmmm, just looking at the map, it's fukkin miles from black mountain, although it didnt take long, compared to plodding along the main part of Hua Hin, which is akin to driving through Bangkok in rush hour.

Anyway, It's right near the evil looking elephant village, which we spent 5 minutes in. I've deleted those photos, look on trip advisor at their reviews

Back on topic, this place is run by a nice Dutch guy who welcomes you and serves you breakfast, by his lake.

This is gonna be a short thread with a few pics, I will spare you my moobs

    Transport if you need it

And the lake out the back where you have brekky.

There's 2 ducks there who ducked, there's a rabbit somewhere too.

loads of big catfish in there with those other fish, you can feed them in the morning after breakfast and watch them go into a frenzy

There are loads of those resorts built on the worthless inland land. I stayed at this one last month next to Black Mountain Golf.
