As well as great cooked food they used to make "customised" sandwiches using their bread. The hanger could not of survived without them.

Not with BA, but other dealing yes. The ATM debit card has a "CCV" number that is required for on line transactions.
My Thai AM Card is a Debit card also, used for on-line purchases. Money straight out of the account, just like using cash.

Taxi's used to be cheap. Now with Day long ERP charges and extra surcharges they are becoming an expensive way to get around. Even more so if you are used to Bangkok Taxi prices !!
