Anyway just back from phrao and its a great centuary ride. The first 20km are a bit shit but once you join the 1001 proper its a very scenic ride. Undulating road but still manage 1000 meters of...

Its all about whose feeling the strongest on any particular day. Strongest takes the front and vice verde. :)
