Live up on the ridge just past the Alfonso turning. Reckon it will take a long time to fill Lake Taal before anything flows over the ridge.

I use ifranview all the time its a great picture prog but I would'nt call it an editor.....
I also use "Fastone screen capture" last freeware version i think is 5.3 but you can do some useful...
