It's only part of the Project which is housing. The location just north of Nakhon Sawan. I had the same figure as you in mind but some guy was Quoted at 3k on TV yesterday by a company and I got one at 2.6k
I remeber people talking 2k 5 years ago but those days may be gone

If it's not in the quote, these things can bump the price up considerably.
I got quoted 2.5k in Nan province on an 88 meter long job. Went a different path though, something the wife and I build together.
