Long term Rentals Sukhothai

Hi all
sorry its been so long, but work has finished now and im looking to relocate from Chiang Mai.
I was thinking somewhere without so many westerners because my Thai language skills have taken a hit for 6 here in Chiang Mai.
So Sukhothai seems to fit the bill perfectly. Any idea what i might pay for a 2 bedroom house or condo there? i have googled it but the results were not good so i thought lets speak to people here with local knowledge.
Can anyone help? i will listen to any house price rental but if i stay long term like i think i will do then obviously i need to pull back the purse strings slightly, just in case i dont work full time again.
