Job Search
Hi Everyone, been living here in Thailand for a few months now and I'm getting a bit restless and need something to do! Done the usual searches from internet job sites but i am assuming that getting jobs in Thailand doesn't really work via the internet! hope one or two of you guys can help point me in the right direction or give me a contact or two for a job and generally share your wisdom, don't mind moving (currently live upcountry). I've done quite a few jobs in the past including retail sales, British Armed Forces and property management.
If you do know anyone or can help out in pm me
Thanks for reading :bananaman:

If you want legal work there are few options, teaching usually being the last resort.
Thai jobs are adevertised online, the present teachers here will advise best sites.Ajarn forum has closed which used to offer such positions.
I've no experience or contacts but if you know the property scene selling condos timeshare to Anglophones happens in few resorts I visit Cha Am Hua Hin . I've never been to Pattaya or Phuket but there and Bangkok would be the obvious places to start.
The rival Thai Vias forum or Linked In etc may be useful.
My only advice is no work should ever involve in paying money up front
Good luck
PS there are expat papers in English German etc sold in big cites where Ive seen stuff or of course if you have the wedge/knowledge buy local unique exportable stuff to sell overseas
