PCB Repair
It was suggested I posted here......................
I am looking for someone that can do a bit of specialist repairs, I need someone that can lay a new DC track, maybe 1 CM or so in length, 0.2mm width on a PCB with solder resist and can make a new joint on a plated through hole and 1210 pad replacement.
The PCB is bog standard, double sided, plated through holes looks like FR4 or similar, basic DC.

^Might I suggest you say where you live.....

Just run a patch wire.
Though if the current has been high enough to use a track as a fuse then you are likely to have more issue than just the track

The track is too fine for my old eyes and I have no flux. The track was damaged removing a faulty component, there is no problem with current. A patch wire would be ideal if there was somewhere to patch it too, it runs to a via which is also damaged and again way too small for my eyes. It is probably about 0.3mm, I cannot even get a single strand of copper through it.

Can we assume that this board is part of some treasured antiquated piece of electronics and the whole board is irreplaceable. If not ditch it and buy a new box of tricks? Frick not worth fixing a toaster these days!
Perhaps a mobile phone repair shop could help?
You mention lack of flux..assume you mean solder flux? Solder with flux core has been available for near on 50 years ,using separate flux which is acidic will kill most all electronics and is usually used only for plumbing and such.
