Repo System: New Scale Needed

I think the repo system needs work. 90% of active posters have the last same 5 light green bulbs, it's not fun anymore. We need more incentive to posts silly shit so this is how I think the new scale system should be implemented for those last 5 light green bulbs:

1. From 1.000 to 2.000: 1 light green bulb
2. From 2.001 to 3.000: 2 light green bulbs
3. From 3.001 to 4.500: 3 light green bulbs
4. From 4.501 to 6.000: 4 light green bulbs
5. From 6.001 to 10.000: 5 light green bulbs
6. From 10.001 : 6 light green bulbs

That should do it and give a few the motivations to post :bunny3:

maybe, as soon as a newbie posts anything, they should get 11 green lights....then, as they post more, they should be gradually taken away

when you have none left, DD will buy you a beer or a BJ

well I couldn't think of what to put in there :( I have only just got up and my brain hasn't turned on yet :) plus it seems no one has more than 6 anyway

Ok it looks like 6 is the max of light colored greenies you can get, so time to downgrade everyone :)

I think that CMn post count should be reduced by 80%.Only fair really.:)

So CMN has 9000 posts and 6 greenies how many points does he have in total. It does seem like 6 is max.

DD says that 6 is max.
Personally, i'd get rid of them altogether.

i think they have run their course.

Yes, I've been much less inclined to give out reds, since it makes quite an impact with the number of points I've got now - it's the greens + a point for every 1000 posts.
CMN would move someone's rep up or down by 20 points every time he hits the scales. By contrast, a relative newbie redding or greening an 'old hand' makes hardly any impact at all.

A poster who came on here dissing me, kept giving me reds for every post I made, but made no impression at all on my points.

I did reset all the greenies, by rights I should have 2 light greenies with my rep points, the poxy software dont believe me though :( maybe best to set them all to zero again :)
