Happyman was a thoroughly nice guy with a huge fund of tales and scrapes from a very full life packed into 60+ years. He passed away at his home in Chalong on Sunday 30th January and will be missed by many in Thailand and his family in the U.K.

I never knew he was I`ll. He always came across as a pleasant guy. Condolences to this family and I hope he`s still a Happyman, wherever he may be.

Oh no, this is so sad. I had spoken with him via PM's a few months ago and he tole me that he had slipped and fallen and hurt his head. Very, very sad news.

Just arrived back from Singapore and this news is very sad.
I spoke with him regularly and particularly when he volunteered his support and help for November Rain when she had her problem.
I think we all appreciatd his contributions and will miss his regular interesting and off-the-cuff comments.

Sorry to hear that he was in the same place as us for Christmas dinner although I didnt know who he was at the time, the guy who owns the place knew him I'm going there tonight I'll tell him also.

He was a wonderful contributor to TeakDoor. Extremely knowledgeable in many spheres, he will be very sadly missed.
