If you are referring to the good old vagina, No. There are differences between individuals of course, but without detailing my extensive research on the matter, suffice to say these are individual rather than ethnic or racial differences.

If you are referring to the labia, then yes. Caucasian femmes tend to have larger labia- but of course that is just an average.
