When they show the little school boy being consoled outside the gate of his closed school, they should cut to the principal taking extra money from the parent just to get him into the program; or the shop owner paying off the BIBs; or Siam Paragon on fire (like anyone feels sorry for that group of fascist elites).

Something like this, very approximate, some poetic licence (it's very hard for me to understand and even harder to translate some of the concepts:));

Did you watch the video, it didn't seem a little one-sided to you? I'd hardly describe images of people beating the crap out of each other, firing guns, and burning vehicles as syrupy.

I can't help but wonder if there aren't quite a few Thais who would be subjected to a video like that and not feel more than a bit insulted by a production that seems to presuppose that the Thais are actually as infantile as the "authorities" wish them to be.

My daughter is nearly 16mths and the locals keep giving her stuff (pepsi, sweets etc..which I promptly refuse..for her!!)

I know it maybe seen as wrong but she has an English father and a Thai mother who thinks that many Thai's are thick as fook...and smile one minute and talk behind your back the next...

I don't think that we will live in Thailand for ever....not bloody possible..also I would like her to get a good education...unlike what she'd recieve here..so plans to go back to blighty will be made I feel..

I couldn't stand to think that she would end up being like this lot....sorry but it's just the way I feel about it...
