Here is the latest happenings at D&G Resort. Most everyone can recognize the cement buffalo in the foreground. But what is that in the background?

Baby Eskimo house ?
I see an insurgent hiding in the jungle.
Does anyone else see that? :chitown:
Looking good HB,
You bought the harley yet :)
You have hobbits??
Beehive?
A fence?
Trees
charcoal oven ?
keeps the chickens in it. Then they are easy to find and deep fry.
Anything to do with steam? I see the buffalo isn’t eating any grass.
A toolshed for your midget gardner?
One of those things for letting off the fireworks in for the spirits?
some manner of smokehouse??
HB's 'dog-house' for when he pisses the missus off.
Is it part of a telly tubby role-play fetish?
Its a bomb raid shelter from the American government which they give to all Americans living abroad just incase the country involved becomes a harbourer of terrorists.
The maids quarter
A HB style scale model of the Keck Observatory?
it does look like a pizza oven that has no base
but the opening is too large
so it is an igloo, as was said
Telly Tubby outstation
looks like a nice hidey-hole for snakes and centipedes
Why did you fence the Buffalo in? Were you worried it would escape?
https://teakdoor.com/images/imported/2009/10/2465.jpg Its actually a concrete rendition of the tail gun assy on a Lancaster bomber.
I would have thought that was obvious.
what was the question again?
For making chacol would be my guess

I can't see any chimney so I will rule out any fire or smoke.
It has a roof over it so you want to keep it dry and cool.
Probably making something, how about wine, cheese or yoghurt ?
Edit: Add fermented fish (pla-laa) to the list
Can't see the insurgent Chi but I spotted a grassy knoll.Quote:

I expect that it is nothing more sinister than a safe place to relay the wifi signals from the garden cams and provide a little shade fror the delicate equipment.
I reckon its a special place for Nedwalk to stay on his next visit. :)
We tried to book the students leaving ball at D&G, expensive
Is it that mad egg shaped thing that Robin Williams used to get out of at the start of the Mork and Mindy show? :)
Or perhaps its a newly constructed D&G annex for small people like cmn?
That's to keep the riff-raff out.Quote:

For people that guessed making charcoal, they are correct. This art is dying out, so we thought a replica of the real thing was in order.
so you don't need a chimney, or is that at the back?
Often times the chimney (steel pipe) is shoved through the front door. Keep in mind that the fire is started inside, mud/clay is used to enclose the door, then it is just a matter of waiting.
If to much air gets in the wood will ignite and burn instead smoldering and making charcoal, We still make all our own charcol in village and some for selling. The trick is having someone really small and doesnt mined getting dirty as removing it is a really dirty jobQuote:
