^ I agree with you to a certain extent, it looks great straight after shaving but it doesn't last long. This is one reason for having a personal shaver, no irritation and easier to shave regularly than using razors or waxing.

You can get this do-it-your-self kit that uses honey, instead of wax. The average temperature keeps it a bit more runny than the sort you put on your cornflakes. Comes with those little gauzy pads, like they use for waxing. I am struggling to remember the brand name but I remember that they have them in big Chemists.
