All you need is just a little patience!
Talk about Jai Yin Yin! Talk about getting fucked around...Jesus, I have had a TITS FULL today.
A simple task, not very difficult one would think.
Get a motorbike delivered up North.
Not so simple.
Firstly, you have to find out who can deliver the bike. All indications pointed to "Nim See Seng"
So, after a bit of a hunt on the internet, Nim See Seng Lamphun was discovered.
Simple, A telephone call, no problem they said, but you need to bring the bike to the company...no offers of extra cash would get them to come and collect.
Can you deliver Door to Door? Yes they said...another complete fucking lie.
How much will it cost I asked? between 800 and 1200 Baht they said.
So, this morning, I used an old door and managed to get the bike up on the back of the pick up, not that easy on your own.
Strapped it in and away we go.
Nim See Seng Ta Lie was the port of call, about 35 KM from me.
I gets to Ta Lie, and we ask for directions. End up at a Nim See Seng Credit shop...no joy there.
The credit shop then sends me on a 20 mile detour to the main Chom Thong office, and just as I am about to get the bike off the back, they tell me, no, sorry, only Bangkok from here.
They then tell me to take it to Nim See Seng Bantawai..EXPRESS, luckily we got the phone number and rang them on the road...another 40KM, and they told us they only deliver small express parcels.
They then suggest Nim See Seng in Lamphun!
another 50-60 KM detour.
We plod through Lamphun and are told to find their offices at Doi Tee. which, after a bit of a fuck around I eventually find Doi Tee.
Ask for directions.. (and this is where it really pisses me off, instead of saying "I DON'T KNOW" they fucking lie and make up some shit! - so I head off on another 30Km journey around the delights of the industrial areas of Lamphun, only to end up again at another Nim See Seng Credit shop!
However, the girl that works here has a brain and is alive, she draws a map, with little pictures on it!
So, another 15 KM detour, that believe it or not brings me back to within 200 metres of where we first asked directions...and here we are...Nim See Seng Transport.
By this time I am well fucked off, anyway, better late than never, and yes they will deliver up North..."pull up to the bay" unloads the bike...then the cunts want 2500 Baht...not the 1000 they initially asked for...
what can you do? Drive away and look for someone new?
The bastards had the cheek to say it wa because the bike was 250CC ....like is that 3 times the size of a Honda 125????
Anyway, as usual, they see the Farang and rip us off!
May they truly get what they deserve when they go to Thai Heaven!
What I thought about was getting a little book, a one I can put in all the names of these robbing bastards, and when I die, I will haunt them, to the point that they will spend every penny they make repenting to their Jowtees and the Monks...
