It's our sad duty to report that Lifelong Newcastle fan Chris Quinn passed away suddenly last week.

Well-known amongst the ex-pat community in Thailand, "Quinny" was manager/chef of various bars including The Camel.

Chris was a larger-than-life character fond of talking about his specialist subject -the Toon.

Condolences go to his brother Peter, family and friends across the globe.

A Memorial service for Chris will be held in Ban Chang at the end of the month. (Thanks to Big Lou).
