Many (most?) members have better Thai than mine, so they can expand, but my very basic understanding is: teak is teak (as in wood as in a woody), door is slang for a dick.
My girlfriend claims she's never heard that expression, but then she would, wouldn't she?
You must have heard the phrase 'Careful young lady, if come any closer you'll give me a "Teak Door"'
I think it's a Tinglish blend rather than an established noun phrase... but, I've spoken to half a dozen Thais this morning (all have strong English) and they knew straight away...
