Richard Dawkins is great at finding straw men to 'prove' his points about atheism. The woman is obviously an idiot. Why does Dawkins waste his time with people like that? Dawkins does the same thing in his presentations, e.g. belittling the most moronic creationist theories available. I would like to see Dawkins interview a Buddhist philosopher, perhaps the Dalai Lama or Thich Nhat Hanh. But I think he's too insecure for that.
Or that he is too polite to do that ? Besides the Dalai Lama is not asking that the US stop teaching about evolution in schools.Quote:

I've now seen the whole clip and I have to say while the woman's strategy is mind- numbingly dull (and predictable), it isn't at all clear that Dawkins has the upper hand.
This is part 1 of 7 if I recall correctly. In part two he clearly had the upper hand. He presented evidence after evidence and the only thing she could come up with was denial and parrotting again and again with "show me the evidence" which he did and she ignored.Quote:
