Pretty much the same means it was pretty much the same, not exactly the same. Most of the names in the top 10 are the same as they were a few months ago. NR and Norton swapping places is hardly "massive change".:)

As you're not even capable of understanding the difference between "pretty much the same" and "exactly the same" I don't have much hope that you'll ever figure out how threads work.

Repo seems to drop really slowly when a poster leaves though I notice FF has dropped way down.

No, a post to the thread which included a quote from you. If I wanted to address you only I'd use a PM. Welcome to the concept of a "public" forum. See those letter thingys that start at the top of the page and go down to the bottom, they're part of the conversation too. It's not all about you, something I wish more people would realise. Posts are in the context of the full discussion, not solely what's quoted and not only entirely in reference to the previous post.

I have no idea how the math algorithm works but reckon if someone is not posting they get no reds so stay pretty much at the same level.
