My Photos of the Aftermath - blood, skull and tanks.

Just back from a ride down to Pan Fah and Khao San. The place is utterly destroyed... shot up pick up trucks, seized and looted tanks, overturned army hummers, trails of blood on the pavement, bits of skulls being shown off.

Seriously, it's like a bomb went off. (sorry :sad2: )

strange nothing like this in the BKK post today, has headline battle for Bangkok with a stricken soldier being held up by his mates on the front page, little from the other side.

Hopefully the Thai Army will stop acting like pussies and actually stand their ground.

The army are mostly just rural kids who have little appetite for killing their own folk, otherwise how could the reds capture amoured vehicles? Who would have thought rubber bullets could do so much damage :mid:

Army openly states they use live ammo for protection. A guess but the plastic bullets are the ones they use in shotguns. The rifles are the real thing.

As I recall there were 5 armoured cars/tanks, 2 troop carrying trucks, and 3 or 4 hummer/jeeps captured and destroyed.
