Scrap-metal thieves have taken brass pipes from the outside of about 50 homes in the Paradise 1 village on Soi Khao Noi.

Four homeowners contacted the Pattaya Mail on February 26 after the brass fittings connecting their houses with water meters went missing, leaving homeowners without water.
Homeowner Patcharee Sri-In, 40, said she contacted the Pattaya Waterworks Authority, who told her theft of the valuable brass piping has been a problem and to report it to police.
Lead thief was caught on church roof
A LEAD thief has been stopped in his tracks after being caught red handed on a church roof.
Kieran Bennison, 19, of Woldgate, admitted stealing lead from two churches when he appeared before magistrates in Bridlington last Friday.
He also asked for four further offences of theft, two involving churches and two in relation to private properties, to be taken into consideration.
Heather Levett, prosecuting, told the court that on September 21 Bennison stole £2,000 worth of lead from the roof of All Saints' Church in Skipsea and caused £2,000 of damage to the masonry, and on October 19 he stole lead from the roof of St Lawrence's Church in Sigglesthorne.
The lads have been at this lately in the U.K..
