In this video, after about 1:30 he starts noting that a family making $20,000 USD per year recieves so much government aid in various forms that there is little motive to find a better job or work harder.
He claims that once a families hits $50,000 (which is not a lot) they make as much as a family earning $20,000 per year because of all of the government programs.
