Phnom Penh reminds me of that era.

It's changing rapidly though.

Thank goodness the ladies gave up the western hair styles! The nostalgia is nice but it doesn't make me regret or forget why I spent so much time and energy trying to stay the hell out of SEA back then. I guess I've been compensating for that for the last 15 years. Mai pen rai.
