Wygle told police his motorised bar stool can go up to 38mph.
Wygle has pleaded not guilty and has requested a jury trial.

I was checked for first time last week in Bkk... They have little handy machines with some green ligth that turned orange. Cop said i was ok go ! had 2 big beers 3 hours before...
