For some reason I can't watch it, however I would guess it was the incident a few years back in Nong Khai. If it was, then the man who did it dealt with construction and was severely stressed out over budgets and not being able to complete a project on time, which was going to incur financial penalties.
So what was all that about? I saw the video and it was somewhat blurry, but you clearly see the dude shoot the Mayor point blank in the head.
What was the reason for this shooting? Any info?
Seems as if he had the pistol cocked to his own head before he vaulted off.
