Apparently I'm no smarter than a 5th grader... Back to school for me.
Final Score: 43/50
Surprised I did that well
35/50 I found that my accent made things a little difficult.
A bit Americanised for Brits to get high score, we dont use dodgy phrases like "let me set this book down" Brits "put" the book down.
Flame away!!!!:england:

48. I doth protest the use of none as plural as I always see it as "not one", but I guess I am wrong. :( Pretty sad for a pro writer.
Final Score: 41/50
Just as well I gave up Tefling.
Final Score: 48/50
Bugger, two wrong.
Nice to see we have so many bullshit artists here.
42. Not too bad, but I agree with Spin, it's a bit more difficult for we Brits who don't set things down anywhere or have a capitol building. ;)
^ Mainly I know it as Capitol Hill, home of the US congess and senate.
39/50
I should of brought me there grammar book
Fucking useless test. Half the "wrong" answers aren't wrong. Examples:
30. Choose the correct sentence.
A) Samantha will meet us later.
B) Samantha will meet us later on.
42. Choose the correct sentence.
A) Mother, can I go to the movies with Ashton this afternoon?
B) Mother, may I go to the movies with Ashton this afternoon?
They say 30B is wrong and 42A is wrong, but both are possible.
40/50 by the way.
42B is correct answer. Can indicates "capability" vs may which is used as permission. Never forget this as my teacher always said when I used "can" in a question such as "Can I go home early from school"? "Yes you can but you may not."Quote:
