i thought the Chinese discovered everything, well fireworks and paper, which i suppose was lucky else they'd have nothing to wrap their chips in on their way home from bonfire night.

Link doesn't really matter. I just loved the odd irony of the title. I always think of Chinese food as being rather gray and tasteless....
