The swingers resort in that centre of hedonism, Udon Thani. Poor old Tony got busted by the fuzz and even featured on stickman with a sob story about how he was now destitute and reduced to eating leaves from trees:).
It seems Tony isn't THAT destitute and in fact being a slow learner has opened resort Caroline again. He has toned down the website and is now claiming that it is now and always has been a couples only resort.

The 15 years old aspect is pretty disgusting. I think a 15 year old may well be cognative enough to give concent to a sexual partner but certainly aren't old enough to be a concentual sex worker. Thai can't drink till they are 21 but Isan pauper girls can workin in bj bar at 18 ... Weird Thailand
