the bumrungrad one is exceptionally thorough.
it takes the best part of a day and then you collect a huge personalised bound folder of notes, graphs and x rays and take them to the doc where he then scares the shit out of you and tells that you need this, and that, and some more of this, and you better have some more of that.
they will always find something, and will recommend either further investigations or medication, esp. vitamin supplements.
it's up to you how important you consider the findings. obviously a tumour, cardiac or pulmonary insufficiency or a blood clot would need further investigation, but mildly out of sync bloods, hormones or vitamins are not particularly unusual or life threatening depending on one's age and may not be giving rise to any symptoms.
best not to let them play on your fears and do research the results thoroughly before committing to any more possibly very expensive probings.
