Gettin' ink done

I was thinking that Lady Hawk would've forgotten my previous evening's drunken ramblings, but no, the following lunchtime I got a phone call querying my manhood if I didn't go through with it.

So, off we went to Naga Tattoos on Loy Kroh Road in Chiang Mai to talk with Ugly (the proprietor) about getting a new tattoo. Ugly was actually in the middle of a 4 or 5 hour session tattooing an American woman's butt, so he got one of his colleagues in to do it. I can't remember his name though.

First you've got to select your design. The pictures in the books weren't quite right, so he drew a new one.

Then you've got to get shaved and sterilised.

When the surface has been prepared, a negative image is transferred onto your skin so the chap has a nice outline to follow. I've no idea what ink they use, but it didn't wipe off when the blood was wiped off.

Finished after about 2.5 hours. There is no red ink, it's just bleeding a little bit.

Price is a factor but it isn't if you know what i mean.

Thinking seriously about getting another, but the same as you it would only be my second. The first is on me arse and the next would be upper arm/shoulder and that would be it.
