Savanakhet Thai visa run changes

Apologize for short notice.
We've just got an important information from Savanakhet consulate for Tourist visa.
Requirments will be changed from next trip.
[UPDATED Nov 24 11:00]
Applicant for second TRV from Savanakhet ->Need to show a bank statemant of more than 45,000B
*could be bank account book.
*cash not available.
*Everyone who has ever got TRV (from anywhere) has to show the statement.
Applicant who has been issued Non immigrant visa before->Can't apply TRV.
*ie:
Q: I used to have non immig. O visa issued by Singapore Consulate then it will be expired.
Can I apply TRV at Savanakhet?
A:No.
Applicant for 3rd TRV from Savanakhet ->Can't apply.
*Untill the last tour, all applicant for 3rd visa has been issued TRV. But from now on you may not get it.
*This included not only this year. ie 2006 1st visa 2007 2nd visa=can't apply anymore
Applicant who has NOT been issued visa before.->you can go on the tour without any changes.
This is a tentative anouncement from us.
It will be changed or added seeing following trips.
I know it is complicated...

Since we had stopped the tour to Laos we have been planning altenative plan.
Now our new service is available.
The total price is 9,900B for a single entry of tourist visa.
