...a small Michelin-starred restaurant (so they claim) in Central World: 2 bowls of ramen, one with a soy sauce based broth and the other with more traditional pork bones, etc. Both were excellent and far less salty than similar offerings at Ippudo: soba noodles, pork slices, boiled egg, seaweed and a wad of seasoning. Very tasty. We also tried the gyoza (nothing special), endamame (added salt and pepper brought out more flavor) and a tasty small salmon salad. A mango soda for SD and an Asahi beer pour moi.
