I want a seaside future home. It needs to have sea views and be on a nice beach.
I also wanted at least four beds. The possibility of rental as holiday home. A disabled access room in case mum needs to move in and the possibility of doing b nb for some extra income or, at least, some modest business interest when Im older and bored.

The first job is to remove the grass from the front so it doesn’t turn into a WW1 battlefield with the skips and lorries. A simple job I thought

Removed a load of soil. A membrane and 7 ton of graded hardcore later

And a raised flower bed. Along border. The plan is to use H beams andcslot in 3m 10x20 sleepers to create a retain wall. All a but of an experiment to see if we can terrace the slopey back garden with a similar technique
