IS BEER REALLY PRODUCED WITH THE WOMAN'S VAGINAL LACTOBACILLUS?
Yes, we take the bacteria from the vagina using the gynecological stick (a vaginal smear).
In the laboratory, the bacteria are isolated, cleaned, identified and then multiplied to the amount that allows the preparation of culture entry kits that are used in the brewery during the production of the beer.
IS IT SAFE?
Yes 100%.
First, during isolation, vaginal swabs are examined to ensure the absence of other bacteria and viruses.
Second, the bacteria are specially treated to allow only Lactobacillus bacteria to grow.
Third, the most important part, with regard to assurance and safety, the final examination of freeze-dried bacteria multiplied before use in the preparation of entry kit.
Freeze-dried bacteria are examined for the presence of foreign DNA and / or RNA.
