House Property Insuance

My wife and I own a house located in a Nonthaburi housing community. It's 2 story western style. Approximately 2,000 square feet. Probably valued at about 7 million Baht. We built it in 1980. The property size is about 100 square Wah . For all perils property insurance how much per year should the premium be?

Nonthaburi - new construction in gated and patrolled community, 250sqm, 2 story, 75TW, all concrete, THB 6M, a bit more than 20k/annum

For my house in Hua Hin, insured value 11 MTHB, I pay THB 22'000 at MSIG.

you can get a good discount with them if you pay 3yrs.up front.

This is correct, but then youwill stuck with the insurance for 3 years.
