Just curious but have you actually lived here for any length of time? Have you traveled about the areas you may believe your building upon?
I have lived for several years (since 1999) and for many others I have been on holiday for 3/6 months ... between samui and bangkok, mainly.Quote:

Just have to remember that the more people in between you and the fittings, materials etc and labourers actually doing the work, the pricier it is, because each takes their cut.
