Leery Lulu's Meatball Sub.

Beef and pork mince.
Onion
Garlic
Italian herbs
Breadcrumbs
Beaten egg (nitten bit of)
Ground black pepper.

Do up a quick marinara sauce.

Saute minced garlic and onion with Italian herbs. Long and slow, releases the oils from the herbs.
Can of tinned tomatoes and a can of water, bring to the boil, spoon of sugar to reduce the acidity and simmer.
Tomato puree, salt and pepper.

Roll in flour and fry

Hollow out some of the bread to make room for the meatballs.
Brush with olive oil and lightly grill.
