Well after googling it I assume you are in for a trip to good old mother england.
To get your self more qualified so you can get paid more,
And education employees can offer more to get a better type of teacher that can cover teaching in most subjects so they can employ less teachers.
Plus the bonus of grants to help you along, suggest you take the welsh one its on top of the other grants.
