A British man who had asked the juristic person at his building to handle a will was found gassed to death on the eighth floor of a building in Rachadaphisek Road yesterday.

Now police are trying to contact his girlfriend to help them with their enquiries.

Seventy one year old Philip Brown was found face down on his bed in his room in Rachadaphisek Soi 32. He was wearing only shorts.

Pahonyothin police and Poh Teck Tung medics were alerted by maid Ubon Wornwong,30, who couldn’t get in and noticed a bad smell.

The victim had a plastic bag over his head that was connected by a pipe to a gas bottle that Sanook said was probably nitrogen.

He had been dead for 2 to 3 days already.

The room was locked from the inside, the air-con was still on and there was no sign of a struggle or injuries to the body.

Police think it was suicide.

If he died face down, then why is the blood collected on his back and the back of his legs?
It means he died on his back, time passed, the blood settled, and then he was turned over onto his stomach where he was found.

I wonder if the Thai CSI did their training in Oz.
Reminds me of an aboriginal who was found dead hanging from a tree in Redfern, Sydney. He had 15 stab wounds 6 gunshot wounds and an axe embedded in his head. Police said it was the worst case of suicide they had ever seen.

For blood to accumulate in his back torso and the back of his legs he HAS to have died on his back. Basic knowledge.
Someone tuned him over prior to the photo being taken.

Yes, that's what I'm saying. But the report says he was found face down, therefore, if the report is to be believed, someone moved him before he was "found".

Suicide by gas oven used to be a favoured way in the U.K. Of dying. First time I've seen gas used in Suicide Thailand, it would have to be a Brit.
